This Refund Policy explains when you may receive a refund for purchases on Appthumb at https://appthumb.com(the "Service"). It applies to one-time HD export unlocks for App Store thumbnail redesigns. By purchasing, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.
1. What you are buying
Each purchase unlocks high-resolution downloads and access to original listing images for one app project. The price shown at checkout (currently $15 USD per app) is a one-time fee with no subscription. Watermarked previews are free to view before you buy.
2. General rule
Because digital files are delivered immediately after payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once HD download access is granted or export files are available in your account.
3. When we may refund
We may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion if:
- You were charged but cannot access purchased HD files due to a technical failure on our side that we cannot fix within a reasonable time
- You were charged twice for the same project
- The Service failed to produce any usable export for your project and our support team confirms the failure was not caused by an invalid or restricted listing URL
- A refund is required by applicable consumer protection law in your country
4. When we do not refund
We usually cannot offer a refund if:
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You are unhappy with the creative direction, style, or marketing performance of AI-generated thumbnails (previews are shown before purchase for this reason)
- Apple or another store rejected your updated listing
- You no longer need the files or deleted your account
- You violated our Terms (for example, misusing download access)
5. How to request a refund
Email mail@appthumb.com within 14 days of purchase. Include:
- The email on your Appthumb account
- App name or project ID
- Date of purchase
- A short description of the issue
We aim to respond within 3 business days.
6. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and may take 5–10 business days. After a full refund, download access for that project may be revoked.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks on valid purchases may result in account suspension while the case is reviewed.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply to future purchases.
